An outdoor patio in Chestfield — one large format natural stone tile lifted to assess the mortar bed beneath. Claw hammer and cold chisel resting in the gap, mortar bed exposed and checked. Adjacent tiles intact.
Once the mortar bed condition was confirmed, the tile was relaid on fresh adhesive and grouted back in. The finished result is seamless — you would not know a tile had ever been lifted.
